Join a leading Benelux operation as Head of Accounting, where you will oversee financial accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance across Belgian and Dutch entities, while driving the transformation of accounting processes through ERP implementation and team integration in a multi-billion euro organization with global reach.

Key responsibilities as Head of Accounting Benelux

• Oversee general ledgers, monthly closings, and financial statements for Belgian, Dutch, and multiple holding entities
• Manage relationships with external auditors, coordinate audits internally, and ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS requirements
• Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and other tax filings, working with advisors to optimize tax position
• Implementation of a new ERP system

You have strong technical expertise combined with business partnering skills. You work strategically yet hands‑on, drive process improvements, and communicate effectively with finance and non‑finance stakeholders in a matrix organization.

What you bring as Head of Accounting Benelux

• Master in Accounting degree or business management
• Between 8 and 15+ years professional experience in accounting/audit
• Financial accounting, IFRS, Belgian/Dutch GAAP, tax, and internal control
• English / Dutch (good knowledge minimum)
