Your Main ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
- Salary: Up to 1,500 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
- Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option: Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months Rent: 280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)
Working Conditions- 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
