• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and business goals.
• Prepare and deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, value-driven solutions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare accurate technical documentation.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and project teams to design feasible solutions.
• Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, including proof-of-concept (POC) setup and support.
• Analyze customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve offerings.
• Stay up to date on product features, market trends, and competitor solutions.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by ensuring a smooth handover to implementation teams.
