Department description and responsibilitiesWe provide and manage on a global scale a variety of IT services covering all IT layers: from network, server & cloudinfrastructure, end user devices & Service Desk to best-in-class applications and data & digital solutions.Project descriptionYou will join the Jump program, which transitions the company decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized S4 HANA environment. As part of the Quality domain, you will support the migration and harmonization of quality management processes across multiple business units and manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with other SAP domains to ensure end-to-end process coverage and alignment.Primary tasks and responsibilitiesSupport the SAP QM implementation within the Jump programEnsure integration of Quality processes with other SAP domains (e.g., EWM, MM, SD, CO)Execute migration activities using tools such as LSMW and S4 CockpitsAnalyze and optimize quality inspection, defect handling, and audit processesAlign with other QM team members and cross-functional stakeholdersDocument SAP QM configurations and technical specificationsConduct system testing and validationWork within custom-built and template-based SAP environmentsSupport change requests and tickets when project workload allowsProvide guidance and coaching to junior consultants if applicableProfile requirementsTechnical profile requirementsMinimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM projectsProven experience with end-to-end SAP QM implementations and integration with other domainsExperience with migration tools (LSMW, S4 Cockpits)Debugging skills are preferredFamiliarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environmentsNon-technical profile requirements:Strong communication and alignment skills across domains and teamsPositive attitude and resilience under pressureAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCapable of clearly explaining viewpoints while remaining open to compromiseExperience in international and multicultural environmentsAble to work independently, escalate when needed, and take ownership of deliverablesMethodology/certification requirements:Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related fieldSAP certification is an advantageExperience is more important than certificationLanguage proficienciesFluent in English (spoken and written)French: must-have for Quality roleDutch: preferred for local Hoboken siteVery international working environment
