We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help us push boundaries, ship fast, and deliver features that redefine sales tech. You’ll work across our stack — from front to back — building intelligent, high-performing tools that help sales teams spend less time searching and more time selling. Based in Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the code, front to back — Design, develop, and deploy features across our stack — from React UIs to Node and GraphQL backends — with TypeScript as your weapon of choice.

• Make performance a habit — Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Review PRs, run tests, and make sure quality is baked in from day one.

• Level up the team — Coach and mentor teammates, share best practices, and help raise our technical game.

• Stay ahead of the curve — Keep an eye on new tools, frameworks, and approaches — and bring the best of them into our stack.

• Adapt and deliver — Embrace our startup pace: iterate fast, solve problems creatively, and jump on new challenges as we scale.

What makes you a great fit

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record in full-stack development.

• Real-world experience with setting up and optimizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS) and Kubernetes with KEDA.

• Proficient in TypeScript, Elastic, Express, React, Node, GraphQL, and MySQL — and comfortable with functional programming principles.

• Affinity with data and AI, and excitement about working in a product that blends both.

• You care about code quality — writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code is second nature.

• Comfortable leading by example: you coach peers, inspire the team, and keep projects moving towards goals.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Able to join us in our Ghent office at least 3 days per week.
