  • Strong knowledge of the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive results.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Sociable, curious, and collaborative, thriving in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
